7. How does the deposit system work?

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking:

Paid securely through Stripe via the online booking form.
Applied toward your total service cost.
Forfeited if you cancel without 24 hours’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or miss your appointment entirely.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Stripe for a seamless and secure experience:

Deposits: Paid online when booking.
Remaining Balance: Settled at the time of your appointment using the same system.
Other Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cash App

9. What happens if I’m late for my appointment?

Up to 15 Minutes Late: Your deposit is forfeited, but I’ll try to accommodate your service if time permits.

Over 30 Minutes Late or No-Show: Your appointment is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.

10. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, rescheduling is allowed under these conditions:

Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule once without losing your deposit.

Less than 24 hours’ notice results in deposit forfeiture.

11. What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Contact me within 48 hours if you’re unhappy with your service.
While refunds aren’t available, I may offer a complimentary touch-up at my discretion to address your concerns.
