Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is paid through Stripe when you complete the booking form on our website.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited, but the appointment may proceed if time allows. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or fail to show up, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment and will be processed through Stripe via our Software POS System.
Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss possible remedies. While refunds are not provided, we may offer a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.
Pricing and Promotions: All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions or discounts are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers.
Laurie's Lavish Looks (hereinafter "the Business") provides cosmetology services, including but not limited to lash extensions, hair braiding, haircuts, color treatments, and other beauty services. All services are performed by Laurie, a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Florida. By booking an appointment, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms:
Services: All services are provided by Laurie, a Florida-licensed cosmetologist, in compliance with state regulations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Appointments may be rescheduled only once.

Liability: The Client agrees that the Business is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.
