General Lash Extension Care (Short Volume, Long Volume, Hybrid, and Fills)
Avoid Water and Steam for 24-48 Hours: After your appointment, keep lashes dry for the first 24-48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Avoid showers, saunas, steam rooms, or excessive sweating during this period.
Gentle Cleansing: Cleanse your lashes 2-3 times per week with a lash-safe, oil-free foaming cleanser. Use a clean, soft brush or your fingertips to gently remove dirt, makeup, or debris, then pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid rubbing or pulling lashes.
No Oil-Based Products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers, creams, or serums near your eyes, as oils can weaken the adhesive and cause lashes to fall out prematurely.
Brush Regularly: Use a clean mascara wand (provided or purchased) to gently brush your lashes daily. This keeps them aligned and prevents tangling, especially for voluminous styles like Long Volume or Hybrid lashes.
Avoid Mascara: Refrain from applying mascara to extensions, as it can clump lashes and weaken the bond. If desired, use a lash extension-safe mascara sparingly on the tips and remove it carefully with an oil-free cleanser.
